HCP Talent is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) for a full-time evening (3pm-11pm) position in a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation setting ***$7,500 Sign-On Bonus***

Collaborating with a Skilled Nursing Facility (300 beds) in the Staten Island, NY area that is looking for an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their team. The RNS plays an integral role in helping to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in resident care.

Responsibilities & Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with the DON and ADON to assess, manage, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Nursing Department, adhering to current regulations, guidelines, and facility policies.
• Ensure all nursing personnel are aligned with their job descriptions, maintaining consistency and excellence in patient care.
• Lead and problem solve any clinical and administrative emergencies that arise on the tour.
• Support staff through education and leadership. Hold staff accountable when necessary.
• Conduct daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to guarantee that all nursing staff adhere to recognized nursing standards.
• Act on behalf of the leadership team providing great coaching and customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Participate in facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies, as directed by the DON and ADON.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• Experience in Long-Term Care (minimum of 6 months)
• Leadership and Communication Skills
• Experience as an RN (minimum of 6 months)

Salary: From $55.00 per hour
